There's no need to upgrade. All version of Windows can network with
each other.
Your problem description doesn't tell us much, Andy. Please reply to

to help other people understand the problem.
Did you made a network setup floppy on XP and try to run in on
Millenium? If so, what happened when you did?
What do you mean by "and..nothing"? What are you trying to do? How
are you trying to do it? What exactly happens when you do it? What
is the complete text of all error messages?
The more details you give, the more likely it is that someone can
help.
