Have one admin, and guest is

BUT all the duplicate files are driving me nuts AND I can never find
anything!

Not to mention the darn file name strings are so long, they 'hog' all
windows and can't read 'em without scrolling through them: ie zip
program, save as, send files, etc.

And currently have a fairly small HD

I Have: (Most seems to be just duplicate files) And do I really need
those 'Windows' folders???

My Docs
Documents&Settings
All Users
All Users, Windows
Default User
Default User, Windows

Oh, I forgot.

I also have:

Under My Docs
Shared Docs
(name) Docs
(my name)
User

Now, I did a clean install, but did transfer an entire copy of old C
drive after install.

There is ONLY ME! I am the ONLY user on this pc. I would like to
just have all under MY DOCS.

How can I change this file system???

If you transferred the entire old C drive you will have a substantial number
of folders from that. Unless you copied the C drive to a separate Folder,
most of yr duplicates will be due to this. However you may well have the
greatest difficulty in identifying the 'old' folders.
It would appear, without wishing to be rude, that you are a victim of yr own
ignorance.

Uh, no. I am not ignorant, But , without wishing to be rude, you
might learn to read.

All the duplicate files are WIN XPRO files... As so stated in my
post.
