Hey Guys,
I have another issue and I need your help.
I have a form that I enter item number information and I want to be
able to send an email by clicking on the button to send email when I
have a hot item "urgent order".
I want to set up a general message like this "This is the hot item
number ..............." want to be able to state the current item
number next to the message above.

Anyone could help me please

Thank you

Majic

Use the SendObject command (asuming you use MS Exchange as your email server
software).

I created an email button and set it up using SendObject command
however, I want to include the item number for that record in the
email message or even if I can send current form with email attachment
will be fine.
When I send that email I want to alert couple of people by email for
that particular item.

Thank you so much

Well yeah, the SendObject command allows all of that. If you lookup that
command in HELP, all the options will be explained to you. You can attach
files, include email text, send to multiple people, etc. Everything you want
to do.
