Set Up Cannot Install

Hey Guys,

I am having trouble trying to install vista. I have downloaded the ISO file
and burned it to DVD. when I try to do the install I get an message that pops
up saying that set up cannot install this operating system or something along
those line

PLEASE HELP!!!

Two thoughts - 1. Did you burn it as an "ISP" image? 2. Two versions were
available 32 and 64 bit. Did you download the correct version?
 
I downloaded the 64 bit. I can see all the files and file folders on the
DVD... but I keep getting a pop up window. Should I install the 32 bit?
 
The message I get is a pop up with the message that reads "your computer
cannot run this version of the Operating System"

Are you trying to upgrade from (32 bit) XP? you can't upgrade from 32 bit to
64 bit either use the 32 bit version of Vista or do a clean install.

Hi,

Sounds like you are trying to install the 64 bit version on 32 bit hardware.
No can do.
