Set Transparent Color

Hi,
Using Powerpoint 2002, sometimes use the 'Set Transparent Color' function...
sometimes it looks good, other times, it looks really ratty around the
edges. Is there a way to fix that?

Not completely, but you can improve things a good bit if you edit the image
ahead of time to make its background color (the part you're going to make
transparent) match the background in PPT as closely as possible.
