Set the default location for saving attachments

Is it possible to set the default location for where attachments are saves to (as it is in Excel and Word) as at the moment it defaults to "My Documents" and I can not fin an option to change this.
 
It takes a registry change, but there are a couple of tools to make it easy. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/attachfolder.htm. Note that the change will affect other Windows programs that use the My Documents folder and, according to the MSKB article at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=280985, may not make any difference in Outlook 2002.
