set password expiration per user

Is there a way, or a tool one can use, to set different
password expiration intervals for users in one OU, other
than splitting users up into different OUs? Or are the
users at the mercy of the time set in the GPO?

Password policies for domain accounts are only read at the domain level and
they cannot be applied to OUs. You can create policies on the OUs and
configure password settings but those settings will only affect the local
account settings for the PCs within that OU. For more information read the
