Set Outlook as Default Email Client

Hi,

How do I set Outlook as the default email program in Netscape browser?

In other words, when I see a hyperlink in Netscape, I want to click on
it, and have the email pop-up in Outlook.

Right now, Outlook is the default email client, for whatever it's
worth. However, when I use Netscape, my preferred browser and click a
hyperlink, the email pops-up in Netscape Mail.
 
Netscape mail? So we are in Netscape 7.x?

If so, this can be done. It used to be in Netscape's knowledge base.
But darn it, since the new Netscape 8.x, which no longer has Netscape Mail,
the knowledgebase URLs I have get redirected to a newer FAQ.
