Set outlook a icon at the right bottom?

When outlook is runing, can I let show as a icon at right bottom of the screen
I don't like it show at the task bar, I always want to shut it down.

What version of outlook? For Ol2002/2003 see

older versions require the use of a 3rd party app that trays programs.
