Set new message to "Justify" format...not Left??

Greetings,

I was wondering if there was a way to have a new mail message
automatically be set up for "Justify" instead of "Left" for paragraph
formatting.

I'm using Outlook 2003

Are you using Word as the Outlook message editor?
