Set Junk Mail As Read

How do I set this? The "Rules" do not seem to have options for folders. Does
Anyone know?

Also, is there a way to get a tray icon for Windows Mail as opposed to
having it minimized? I want to keep receiving mail without having the window,
also for explorer, so it doesn't sign me out of myspace when the window is
closed, like in XP.

Rules only affect maileas it comes in, and then not if Junk Mail catches it.
