Set form defaults

Where can I set the defaults for new forms? I usually have simple menus and
do not need scroll bars, record selectors, dividing lines, etc. Is there a
place to set the defaults for new forms?

You can create a form, and nominate it as your default under:
Tools | Options | Forms/Reports | Form Template
