Set default calendar

In a company i support, one users calendar is shared as the company
calendar.
Is there a way to set that users calendar to be the default displayed
calendar in outlook 2003 on all client machines ?

No, the default calendar on users' systems will be the calendar in their
profile, not a shared calendar.
