Would like to use address book other than Outlook to print
envelopes and labels in Word, but keeps defaulting to
Outlook.
How do I use accessories address book or some other?
Thanks for any help.

You probably don't. The address function is built on the back of the e-mail
service for which Word requires a mapi compliant e-mail application set as
default in order to use the address book. This generally means Outlook. If,
however, you are a corporate user with a network and deep pockets, you could
install Microsoft Exchange which would widen the window somewhat.

Outlook - particularly in version 2003 - is an excellent address book.
