Set custom form as my email default

I have created a custom form based on the Standard Forms Library "Message"
form. (My new form checks for the existence of a particular char string in
the Subject field and prompts for it to be appended if not already present).
I have published this form in my Personal Forms library under the name
MyMessage.

MyMessage works fine when chosen from the Choose Form menu option, but how
do I make it my default form for emails ( ie. make Outlook use it when I
simply hit the New button in the Standard Toolbar ?

If you have Outlook 2000 or later, you can make a registry change to
substitute your custom form for the default form. See
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#changedefault . Note that it
doesn't work completely for message forms in Outlook 2003.
