Hi,

I use Outlook 2003, and everything works fine except I recently found that
there are several "contact" under the address books, and one of them
contained no information at all and will consistently returned an error
message when I selected it.

So I deleted "contact" from the address book and now only Accounts and
Business Contact under Outlook Address Book.

My question is, how do I add contact back to the address book?

Many thanks.

Hi,

Never mind, found answers from MS Office Assistance.

Click Folder View, point to Contact, click Properties, select Outlook
Address Book and then select Show this folder as an e-mail address book.

If wish to set Contact as the first in the Address book, open address book,
select Tools, and Options, and then set Contact in the Show this first
field.

Hope this also helps.
