Set association

Hi Ya Im new to this forum so I hope Im in the right spot for this Question.
From time to time this appears on my E-mail "This file does not have a
program associated with it for performing this action.Create an association
in the Set Associations control panel" Could someone help me through this.

This often means you need to click on the paperclip at the top right of the
message, and record the file name. If the file name is winmail.dat, the
file
is probably in the RTF format used by Outlook, which Windows Mail
can't read. Otherwise, let us know the part of the file name starting with
the last period, and we'll try to give you help for files of that type.

Thanks but I could not find a paper clip, the letters after the period are .IES\4S16... Hope this helps. Thanks again
