Serving Static Content Only

Anybody ever have a server suddenly stop serving up anything but static
content? Twice in the past three months, my server has done this. ASP pages
aren't accessible, FTP Service goes down, all Email services go down and I
can't Terminal Service in to reboot. The only thing the server seems capable
of achieving when this occurs is serving up static html and associated
images. And the only cure is calling the folks I colo with and having them
manually reboot it for me.

I don't see anything in the System Event logs either... Any ideas? I'd like
to at least like to be able to diagnose the problem.

Nothing really to do with the operating system. Ask in inetserver.iis and or
inetserver.iis.ftp

The problem affects more than just IIS though. How can you be so sure it's
nothing to do with the OS?
