Services stopping

I have a W2K Server. On this server the computer browser
and net logon services keep getting stopped by themselves.
When this happens my network goes down. If I start these
services all is well for a couple of hours then they stop
again. Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Please check for virus, such as Blaster, Sobig...
I have seen that on a test computer at home.
