Hi,

I'm wondering if someone could help with this...
When booting up today, I received the above message. I
then went the MS knowledgebase and found the fix for it.
First thing I'm instructed to do is restart in safe mode
so I can boot up and then make a fix in the registry. I
booted up in safe mode but am still the getting same error
which prevents me from fixing the problem. I consulted the
knowledgebase again but doesn't cover this scenario.

Many Thanks.

Thanks for your response but the article number 318447 is
what I'm referring to as the fix I found, but the problem
persists even while attempting to boot up in safe mode,
which prevents me for applying the fix. The article number
315105 doesn't apply in my circumstances.

So I can't access the machine at all and now getting
desperate. I would really appreciate any other suggestions
anyone might have.

Regards,
Craig.
