I am having a problwm with a couple of our windows 2000
servers, the services.exe is running at 100%, I have had a
look on the microsoft site and the problemsi refered to
on the following page
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;328885 however I have installed the latest service pack
and rebooted the server but the same problem persists.

Any help would be appreciated.

First check to see if anything was installed that has a service which might
be causing the CPU depletion. Is auditing turned on? That can do it. Check
out your domain policy settings for anything that might be causing this.
You should see high winlogon service useage with this one.
