First check to see if anything was installed that has a service which might
be causing the CPU depletion. Is auditing turned on? That can do it. Check
out your domain policy settings for anything that might be causing this.
You should see high winlogon service useage with this one.

| I am having a problwm with a couple of our windows 2000
| servers, the services.exe is running at 100%, I have had a
