Service Temporarily UnAvailable

I dont understand how all my computers can tell me the support groups @ the
newsgroup page (Service Temporarily UnAvailable please try again at another
time).

But I can go to my linux machine and pull up the pages without any problems,
then again if i come back in a week or so, maybe one puter will open the
newsgroups page

Now my Linux puter is saying (Service Temporarily Available please try again
at another time).
WinXPsp2 IE6sp2

I figured it all out you got to be signed out of passport and then access
page then log back in
