Service startup dialog

Hello,

I need to increase the time the service startup dialog waits for the
service to start. There is a problem related to this when there are two
services, one depends on another and the latter one takes very long
time to startup. When starting the first, which triggers the startup of
the second and the dialog throws a timeout error (allthough the service
is still "Starting") the first service is notified of an error and does
not start anymore. Any ideas how to increase this "timeout"?

Thanks,
Razvan
