service paused

I have a client that loves to play with registry settings and tweaking.
Fool.
His XP sp2 p4 on a home network now returns the following to a simple:

Net view

error 70 service is paused or not ready.

Check his event logs for errors, and go to services and make sure that all
services marked for 'automatic' are indeed started.
Then smack his hand and tell him that if he messes around with this again
you will charge him 2x your normal rate to fix it.
