my computers wors with windows 2000 professional i am
having problems with some games sites.while playing i got
an error message talling me explorer is closing and it
close.following microsoft instructions they tell me i have
to install a service pack.no matter which service pack i
installed my browser stop opening and my internet
connection stops receiving bytes,as soon i unistalled the
service pack everything comes back to normal thanks wallace

Under the relase notes there is a list of Known issues and 1 of them
Particularly for Internet Explorer issues.
This talks about IE not working after you upgrade to SP4 if you have Norton
Internet Security 2001 or Norton Personal Firewall 2001 Is Installed.
