Hi

When I try to run a Windows Update, I get a message that says "Insert the
'Microsoft Office XP Professional with Front Page' disk and click OK". I
don't have this disk as XP was pre-installed on my computer - so the update
aborts (for Service Pack 3). How can I get this disk or the required program ?

Thanks for your help.

Contact those you purchased the computer from. They had to provide you with
a method to restore your computer in case of catastrophic failure - this
includes your applications that they sold you with the computer.

Otherwise.... You will have to buy Office XP Professional or borrow the CD
from a friend.

Service Pack 3 is for MICROSOFT OFFICE XP, the office suite.. not MICROSOFT
XP, the operating system..

Steve;
This is for Microsoft Office Service Pack 3.
It is asking for your Microsoft Office CD and not the Windows CD.
Insert the Office CD or whatever CD you have.
If you have a set of CDs with Microsoft programs, insert CD #1.
