I have 400MB of files in a Service Pack Directory in C:/Windows (XP). Can I
move this directory to another partition or even delete with incurring
problems?

Hi,

If you are referring to C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles, then, as TaurArian has
indicated, you should not remove it.

If you are referring to C:\Windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$, then yes, you
can delete it. It simply holds uninstall information should you wish to
remove the latest installed service pack (removal of an SP is not
recommended).
