I would like to roll-back Service Pack 4.
I tried to uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs but it is not there.
I double checked and SP4 is installed on the server.
Any tips on how to remove SP4 with Add/Remove Programs?

Thanx,

Steve

When you were installing the service pack: Did you check
the option of save uninstall information?. I don't think
so.

I chose to Archive.
I've never seen the option you are talking about and I've performed this
update on all our clients' servers.
By the way, they don't have the option to remove the SP in Add/Remove
Programs neither.
Do you?

Steve

Hmmm...I don't.
Well I guess I'm SOL.
Not good. SP4 was a mistake. SMTP queues keep holding messages ever since.
Any suggestions?

Steve

Hi Steve - Nothing pops to mind, but you might want to check out the
