Help! I'm in way over my head here. I installed service
pack 4 (from the Microsoft website) and went to reboot the
computer as instructed. Now, my computer goes almost the
entire way through the booting sequence then I get the
BSOD with the error message KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
The file it claims is the culprit is ntfs.sys. Foolishly,
I've not created a backup disk in quite some time (It's
never let me down before, guess I learned now, huh). Is
there some way to revert to my Service Pack 3
configuration? Thanks in advance for all of your help!
