Hello,
I am trying to apply the MICROSOFT WINDOWS 2000 SERVICE
PACK 4 but when the program is in the "Updating your
System - Inspecting your current configuration" window, I
get the following error:
Service Pack 4 Setup Error
The file c:\winnt\system32\dllcache\riprep.exe is open or
in use by another application.
Close all other applications and then click retry.
Looking in the c:\winnt\system32\ folder, the folder
\dllcache does not exist.
Do you have any idea how to resolve this issue?
I will appreciate any help.
Best Regards,
Jose G. Bastidas
