Service Pack 3

By error I installed service pack 3 whilst logged onto my laptop with two
users. My computer now freeze's with a blank screen upon start up and I
cannot even get to a command prompt.

Can anyone tell me how I get arround fixing this.

Thanks. When I do this I there is no command prompt, the screen is just
blank. Any further ideas?
