Service Pack 3

I downloaded and installed the Windows XP service pack 3 beta 5. After
installing it I rebooted my computer. The Windows boot screen will show up,
but then my computer reboots. Windows won't load.

Is there any way I can get rid of sp3 or just generally get my computer to
work other than reinstalling Windows?

Can you boot into Safe Mode? When your system is booting, tap the f8 key
repeatedly. This should boot into Safe Mode. Once there, you can run System
Restore, which may get your computer back to normal.
