Will not download, get a message The feature you are trying to use is on a
network ressourse that is unavailabe, also for updates active x will not
install. Any thoughts anyone?

Service Pack 3 for what? We're only up to Service Pack 2 for the Windows
XP operating system and that is what this newsgroup is about. Here is a
list of all the MS newsgroups so you can find the right one for your

If you are talking about the Windows XP operating system, there is no
Service Pack 3. The latest is Service Pack 2.
