Since SP2 for Windows XP is strictly in the beta testing stage,
there is no support for it unless you are a Microsoft approved
beta tester and subscribe to the Microsoft SP2 beta testing
newsgroups. If you are not a beta tester, than uninstall your
SP2 beta and wait until the final released version becomes
available sometime mid-2004.

Dan ... it would appear you've posted in error to the wrong newsgroup.
You should post this to the appropriate beta newsgroup, (probably
'Installationandconfiguration') ... if you're part of the beta group,
you'll know how to get there. If you're not, well ...
Giving you the benefit of the doubt, try unchecking 'Automatically
Restart' in 'Startup and Recovery' to see what might be causing the
reboots.
