Service Pack 2 Help

Will I lose anything that I have saved on my computer if I upgrade to service
pack 2? Like, saved documents, pictures or bookmarks? If anyone could help me
it'd be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alyssa,

Typically, user's documents, bookmarks and other user's files are not
lost / deleted when upgrading to Service Pack 2 when things goes right
but it is wise to backup any such data when upgrading to a Service Pack
for Windows.
