Service denied due to unsupported browser

Attempting to access Royal Bank digital banking buthave
been denied.Message tells me that I need either of these
browsers- Internet explorer version 4 or above, or
Netscape navigator 4.08 to 4.78 (inclusive). How do I go
about obtaining this? Thanks.
 
This question is off-topic for this group, which deals with security in
Access, the database product. However, I happen to be a Royal Bank customer
as well, so let's see if I can help <g>.

Given that you're using AOL, I don't believe that changing your browser is
an option. As far as I know, AOL only allows you to use the AOL browser.
However, Royal Bank is a part owner of AOL, so I'm sure it's got to be
possible to access their internet banking from AOL. Ask them how to do it.
