ServerSpace server down?

Anyone else having problems with www.serverspace.co.uk. I cannot access
my own website nor any of their webpages/forums. Their helpline rings
for about 4 minutes without being answered and then tells you to ring
back later. It seems to have been like this for about 5 days.
 
Maybe they went under charging only £3.65 per year for webspace?
