I use Windows Live for email, and I am not sure what my incoming POP3 or IMAP
is for it and also not sure what my outgoing SMTP is, so if you could let me
know that would be great If you like you can email me back at
(e-mail address removed)
 
I am sorry but that did not help, I have Windows Mail and it says nothing in
there about it, nor does my Windows Live say any thing about it, because we
use Windows Office Live for email.

Which ever email client you use you should consult your ISP
or in house Tech support for Server names.
 
I see you are connecting via SBC DSL, which is now called AT&T.
Did you want to set up your @sbcglobal.net email account in
Windows Mail, or do you use something like Hotmail?
