servers?

Hello
I'm currently setting up windows mail for the first time, but i can't seem
to figure out which server should be used can anyone inform me?

Is there a way to have the IMAP Inbox items into the regular POP account's
inbox automatically (without the IMAP folder being inside the Inbox folder).
