hi there...
i want to know what is my server name or password. because i can't send and
receive mail. please help me. i am log on windows live mail.
 
You need to get that information from your ISP (Internet Service Provider who
provides you with e-mail access).

You can use the same instructions for Outlook Express on Windows XP.
