I'm not sure what my incoming mail server or my outgoing email server name is.
Can you help me with this please?

Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) can help you with that, look on their
website to make sure. It looks like you posted while connected via SBC.

Don't be afraid to call their tech support if you have problems with other
settings and look at your service agreement if you have it, they may be
shown on it. Usually they have the format mail.ISP.net or pop.ISP.net or
smtp.ISP.net but there can be many variations.

POP and SMTP are used for resolve the understanding PROTOCOL for Emails that
you send and receive.

In this case POP for INcomming Emails and SMTP for OUTgoing Emails, EACH
ISP, ( Internet Service Provider ) or any Free Accounts Mail, have its OWN
method to evaluate the BEST names for this.

So if you have an Account VIA ISP, calle them and let them KNOW, youR needs,
ROTOCOLS to recieve and send Emails.

And something Else, If you pretend use this for a HOTMAIL account, you´re
loosing estupidly your time. Because, Those ACounts doen´t apply for
MICROSOFT WINDOWS VISTA MAIL.
