Can someone please help iam tring to set up my email i have entered my
incoming mail as pop.my ISP name.com then entered smtp.my ISP name.com for
my outgoing but it says that the smtp is not valid

You may have to call your ISP. They may have a different smtp server name
(sometimes it's just mail.isp.com, or asmtp.isp.com or outgoing.isp.com...)
(sometimes it's just mail.isp.com, or asmtp.isp.com or outgoing.isp.com...)

Try replacing the smtp with another pop.your isp.
