Server web service - novice

Hi all,
I a newbie in .NET CF so I just realized there's no support for web
service listeners. Is there a possibility to host a web service listener in
CE? Maybe reproducing in eVC? Could you please help me in solving the
problem? I am developing a CE-based product that acts like a server in some
physical-oriented tasks, so the best way to interact with its remote
controller it via web service.
