Server upgrade delema

Hi all;

I have been given the task of upgrading the server at my
office but I need some help sorting out what I need to
and how I should do it.

We have 2 W2K Servers on is used for File/Print Sharing,
running (DNS/DHCP/WINS) and the other is an Exchange
Server. We recently purchased a new Compaq Server with
the idea of consolidating the two older servers into the
new one.

I already configured the new server as a Member Server
and copied all the users' data to it. Now I need to
promote it to a Primary Controller (What is the order I
need to do this on, Promote and then configure
(DNS/DHCP/WINS) and also how do I move the exchange mail
boxes to the new server. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I'm not clear as to whether or not you're running an NT4 domain or an Active
Directory. Could you please clarify this?
