when I try to publish my website I keep getting an error
message that says that the server has timed out. Does
anyone know how to fix this????
This can be a temporary condition caused by slowness on
the network or whatever.
If it persists, it usually indicates your Web is taking
longer to publish than the Web server's timeout value.
Your options in this case are:
1. Break your Web into several smaller subwebs, so you
can publish each subweb within the time limit.
2. Get a faster Internet connection, such as cable
modem or DSL.
3. Get your ISP to increase the timeout value. However,
most ISPs are loathe to do this because the same
timeout value applies to every process on the server.
