Server slow down

My company production system is linked to a system in my remote head
office through internet but it seems to be so slow although their
internet line is using 1Mbps speed. Our line is fine, i can go
everywhere quite fast except this. Where are those bottlenecks ? Pls
advise Thanks

Always that possibility that there's a Proxy, ISA or something else it's
going thru? That would "appear" to slow a connection down passing thru
packet inspection, rules, etc.
