When, from a certain user session, I send a print job the Terminal Server shuts down unexpectedly. I looked at the event viewer but I can't find any usefull information there. Also in the knowledge base I can't find any information. I know this is not a lot of information to go on but does anybody have any tips.

Try disabling automatic reboots when a blue screen STOP
error occurs.

Your problem is most likely that the printer is using a
driver that is causing some memory corruption. If I were
you, I could remove that driver immediately and replace it
with a driver that came with the Windows 2000 disks or
with a driver that you have tested sufficiently.
