Server Service not Listed in Services list

HELP! I can't figure out why my server service is not
listed in my list of services. I am getting error
messages try to share a printer that says my server
service is not started. How do I find it and start it?

I am using Windows XP Pro SP1.

Does this regkey exist?

I've never tried this but it looks like it might work.

Navigate to C:\windows\inf
Right click on netserv.inf and select install.

Let me know your results.
