Hello,
I have a new, full installation of Windows XP Pro on a
Dell Desktop giving me the following error when trying to
create new user accounts, under Computer Management and
assign to the Administrators Group.
Server Service is not Started
When looking in Services. The SERVER service is not even
listed, so I can NOT start/restart it.
I have installed SP1 and all critical updates to see if
they would fix this problem, but they have not.
I have tried running SFC/SCANNOW, but this did not fix
anything.
please help
