Server Restarts

When starting a specific client session (only one user is
affected) the terminal server restarts unexpectedly.
This problem only occurs when our software attempts to
load a second wintdyx.exe. Can anyone suggest why this
user account causes the server to restart (have already
tried deleting the account and recreating it)
 
Is there anything written in the event log when the server restarts?

Nothing at all in event log.
